Tribute in Light 2011. Well, it is 10 years on and the memory and reflecting on the event are as strong as ever, perhaps the significance and the meaning are changing. This year I shot from the West Side Highway looking downtown. My Friends Kazumi Terada and Noriko Hino are involved with the Floating Lanterns Ceremony and some of the images are at Pier 40, where the lantern ceremony takes place.
